Musical Concert held to mark 1st anniversary of Late PV Obeng

A musical concert was staged in Tema to mark the first anniversary of the passing of former statesman, Sir Dr. Paul Victor Obeng. It was to thank God for the life and legacies of the man, who was affectionately called P.V . His family and friends including Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur attended the Concert.
