The Daily Graphic joins President Mahama in his call to brand experts in Africa to help change the age-old negative perception of the continent by exploring innovative ways to sell it to the world. The Graphic accuses the media for furnishing their foreign counterparts with the negatives that they so gladly showcase to the world. The Graphic says it is time Africans sold out good images and stories about the good happenings in order to get the rest of the world to demonstrate confidence in the continent. 

The Ghanaians Times urges managements of organisations to ensure the regular payment of their workers contributions to SSNIT, to avoid situations that would expose pensioners to undue hardship. The paper's editorial is prompted by the pathetic story of a 65-year old bed ridden pensioner who died whiles trying to locate his lump sum retirement cheque from the SSNIT Office in Koforidua. According to the Paper, the case of Paul Benyih has brought to the fore, the difficulties encountered at both work places and SSNIT by pensioners in receiving their retirement benefits. The Times says Paul Benyih's case is sad and appeals to the Koforidua Office of SSNIT to really investigate to find out who actually collected his money.
