Graduate Unemployment To Increase – Prof Yankah Over the weekend the President of the Central University College Prof. Kwesi Yankah predicted an increase in the number of graduates who will be out of school without employment. The statistics seemed frightening but other technocrats think otherwise. The National Programme Coordinator of Ghana Agricultural Sector Investment Project, GASIP Roy Ayariga said God made Agriculture is a profitable business yet the youth are shying away from it. He said Ghanaian Graduates should not always look to Government for employment. According to him, irrigated agriculture and animal husbandry can give more than half of the graduates employment. On investment into the Agricultural sector, Mr Ayariga said Government is doing enough to attract the youth into sweet potato cultivation which is now for export. GBC
