Bagre Dam spillage affecting farming communities

The spillage of the Bagre Dam is seriously affecting farming activities in parts of the three regions of the North. 

In the Bawku West of the Upper East for instance, most farms in the district along the White Volta have been submerged.  

The District Chief Executive, Simon Agbango says the best way out is the construction of more dams.
