NSS justifies deployment of service personnel to direct traffic

The Acting Executive Secretary of the National Service Scheme Dr. Micheal Kpessah Whyte has described as unfortunate some organisations rejecting National Service Personnel. 

He said such action by these institutions undermine the authority of the scheme.
