The Daily Graphic lauds government for the massive roads infrastructure being executed, especially the Fulful -Sawla road and the Kwame Nkrumah interchange .It acknowledges the correlation between a country's economic development and a quality road network. In the Graphic's opinion, Ghana needs to continue looking for similar ways to open up many other areas that lack good roads. The paper says, the path taken by the government to change the face of roads in the country is worthy of note, but hitting the expected target demands extra- ordinary commitments.
                                   
The Ghanaians Times says it is compelled to go back to the doctor's strike because of the harrowing reports from some of the hospitals, that people in critical conditions are being turned away. It views the situation as worrying, because the action will result in the loss of many precious lives. In the paper's view no matter how justified the doctor's demands may be, human life is paramount and the doctors should consider the harm caused and return to the consulting rooms.
