Utilise Oil Revenues Efficiently - Energy Expert The Director of African Center for Energy Policy, Dr Mohammed Amin Adam says the country is gradually tagging itself with the oil curse badge for its over-reliance on oil revenues. He said the drop in revenue from a projected ¢4bn to ¢1.7bn last year has not only adversely affected government finances but thrown the economy out of gear. Speaking at a forum on efficient utilisation of Ghana's Oil Revenue, organised by the Institute of Financial and Economic Journalists, IFEJ, in Accra, Dr Amin Adam called for a law on the efficient utilisation of oil revenues to derive maximum benefits for the country.
