President Mahama To Inaugurate 147km Fufulso Sawla Road Today

President John Mahama will on Thursday inaugurate the 147 kilometre Fufulso Sawla road in the Northern Region. 

The construction of the $166m road is a fulfillment of a major promise by the government. 

President Mahama in 2012, then Vice President cut the sod for the project to start. 

Meanwhile, the President has inaugurated a water Supply system for the people of the Central Gonja District of the Northern region. 

The project is under the Community Water and Sanitation programme and will benefit about seven thousand people.
