GBC Uniiq FM

Uniiq FM in Accra was the second FM Station to be established by the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.  It came at a time that the Corporation had emerged from difficult times in the early 1980s.  With its crisp sound quality and music, it was the attraction for many residents in Accra and on occasions, those outside its catchment area kept adjusting their antenna in order to tune and receive its signals.  How has the journey been so far for the station that had changed its name from Radio GAR and GBC FM?  In our feature today, Kingsley Obeng-Kyere captures some of the moments of the journey.
