Injunction against NPP Korle Klottey primaries dismissed 

Accra High Court has dismissed an injunction against Nii Noi Nortey, a New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary aspirant for the Klottey Korle Constituency in Accra.  

Six members of the party filed the application at the court to restrain Nii Noi Nortey from contesting in the primaries over allegation of forgery.  

The aspirant has now been cleared by the court to contest the election in the constituency. 

By the ruling also, the NPP can now go ahead with its intended primaries in the constituency which has suffered some legal wranglings.
