NDPC Survey Indicates Barriers To Quality Basic Education removed

A 2014 citizens Assessment Survey conducted by the National Development Planning Commission, NDPC indicates that the Capitation Grant Scheme has eliminated schools special levies which were barriers to increased enrolment.

It has also removed barriers to quality basic education. 

Speaking at the launch of the Citizen's Assessment Report on the Implementation of the capitation grant, the Education Minister, Professor Naana Opoku Agyemang noted that the survey has yielded significant results.
