Director General of GBC reiterates need for payment of TV licence The Director General of GBC, Major Albert Don Chebe has reiterated the need for the payment of TV licence. He says it is the only way GBC can be independent and be a true public service broadcaster. Major Don Chebe said this at a forum organised by the Graphic Communications Group in Accra to discuss payment of TV license. He revealed that GBC collected a paltry sum of GH¢75 nationwide as revenue generated from TV license in 2013.
