Obama in Ethiopia on second leg of African tour

President Barack Obama is in Ethiopia on the second leg of his African tour.

He will address the 54-member African Union at its headquarters in Addis Ababa, making him the first US president to do so.

Mr.Obama will also hold talks with government officials and discuss the civil war in South Sudan with regional leaders and ways to bring that country's 19-month old civil war to an end.
