NSS attributes delay in payment to late submission of forms The Public Relations Officer of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Ambrose Entsiwah, has denied reports that the secretariat is responsible for delays in the payment of some service personnel who have still not received their allowances since April this year. In an interview with GBC’s Radio Ghana, Mr. Entsiwah attributed the delay to the late submission of monthly duty reporting forms by those service personnel. He said service personnel who fail to submit forms between the 15th to the 22nd of the month have themselves to blame. On allegations that service personnel due for posting have still not received their letters, Mr. Entsiwah described it as false. GBC
