Minister Denies Fertilizer Subsidy Programme Stopped Rumours

The Minister of Food and Agriculture, Fiifi Kwetey, has assured farmers that the Ghana Fertilizer Subsidy Programme is still running. 

According to him, rumours being peddled that the programme has been stopped are unfounded. 

Mr Kwetey said this when he paid a working visit to Chemico Ghana Limited in Tema. 

He maintained that government is committed to supporting farmers across the country to boost their production.
