Gov’t signs 82.3 million dollar agreement with K-NET over DTT project The government has signed an 82 point three million dollar agreement with K-NET to build infrastructure for the Digital Terrestrial Television, DTT project. The payment will be made from proceeds of the auctioning of the spectrum to be released following the migration from analogue to digital, known as digital dividend. The Minister of Communications, Dr. Edward Omane Boamah who signed for government said the contract which saves the country 13 million dollars compared to a previous one will create more than seven thousand direct and indirect jobs.
