Smaller Parties accuse the two major Political Parties of vote buying

The smaller parties are accusing the NDC and the NPP of vote buying.  

The founder and leader of the United Progressive Party, Akwasi Addae also known as Odike said the two parties are distributing items to the electorate.  

He however expressed satisfaction with the process so far.
