Curfew in Bauchi State - Nigeria Three areas in northeastern Nigeria have been placed under curfew after the military battled scores of Boko Haram fighters outside the Bauchi state capital. Soldiers supported by two fighter jets intercepted the militants who were in 20 pick-up at Dongobe village and engaged them in fierce fighting.
