GSS to react on credibility issues on data raised by Dr. Bawumia

The Ghana statistical Service (GSS) has questioned the rationale behind the comparison between data compiled by GSS and the Ministry of Food and Agriculture by the NPP's running mate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.  

At a media briefing  to react to credibility issues on data raised by Dr. Bawumia at a public lecture, the Government Statistician, Dr. Philomena Nyarko noted that methodologies used by both institutions are different and do not have a direct correspondence. 

The Statistical Service however admitted there was an erroneous data published on the website which has since been corrected.
