GBC charged to throw spotlight on national issues 

The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) has been asked to use its platform to deal with vital national issues. 

GBC must also take the lead in promoting and defending the independence of the Security Services and the Judiciary in a midst of partisan politics.

The advice was given by a former Board Chairman of the GBC, Professor  Stephen Addai at the second in the series of the 80th anniversary lectures in Accra. 

Professor Addai also stressed the need for GBC to champion the cause of constitutional, educational and health reforms.
