Gov't to partner private entity to refine crude oil and overhaul marketing component of TOR The Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Emmanel Armah-Kofi Buah says TOR will soon be refining crude oil at optimal level. He says government is in talks with a private entity, Petro Saudi to overhaul the marketing component of the refinery. He said the aim is not to divesify TOR but to booast its working capital. Mr. Buah made this known to Parliament when the MP for Manhyia South, Dr. matthew Opoku Prempeh sought the details of the joint venture arrangement between Petro Saudi and TOR. On steps the Ministry is taking to ensre TOR procures crude oil for refining, Mr. buah said the Ministry is securing 37 million dollar to complete TOR’s profitability enhancement project. He said already 30 million dollars has been sung into this. GBC
