Wa Regional Hospital Hit By Shortage Of Doctors

The Wa Regional Hospital in the Upper West region has been hit by shortage of doctors.

The facility has only four doctors attending to over 250 patients who flock in daily for medical care. 

The facility also lacks the required equipment to provide quality health care. 

The Regional Director of Health Services, Dr Abdulai Forgor, said steps are being taken to address the situation.
