Thirteen Member Board of Veteran's Administration Inaugurated

The Minister of Defence, Benjamin Kumbour says the contribution of Veterans to the peace and development of the country cannot be underestimated. 

He said Veterans have sacrificed their lives for the nation since the First World War till date. It is however disappointing that after their sacrificial role, the veterans are not well recognised. 

The Minister said it is good to take a cue from other countries that utilize the services of veterans to enhance national development. 

The Minister said this when he inaugurated a thirteen member Board of the Veteran's Administration in Accra.
