well I am a student, I am not a Ghanaian and I can tell you, we are not living but trying to survive. some of us students either Ghanaians of foreigners are stronger than the others, some have a stronger will, some will get on long journeys to finds light and study. some have no food at all and have to look for ways and means to eat outside with the costs and risks... some are just not that and will completely loose it. you are gradually killing people, will, strength , courage, dreams, ideas, lives.. I  have not eaten tonight, food got roten , i have to study, and the water in not flowing... Jesus , a capital city??? how long wil we citizen and non Ghanains endure this hell??
