Petroleum Ministry Rolls Out Programme To Lay Pipelines For Supply Of LPG To Every District The Ministry of Petroleum is to lay pipelines throughout the country for the distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas, LPG to every district. The Ministry is also working to ensure that future buildings have direct LPG into kitchens across the country. These are captured in the government's Gas Master Plan made known by the sector Minister, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah when he appeared before the Government Assurances Committee of Parliament today. Mr. Armah-Kofi-Buah also spoke about the Compressor and operational issues that came up in getting the gas to VRA to power its thermal plants. The Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Gas, Dr. Sipa Yankey, spoke about the economic benefits of the Gas project and touched on compensation to residents whose farm lands have been taken over by the State for the project.
