Ghana introduces E-Cabinet Platform 

 

President John Dramani Mahama has launched the implementation of an E-Cabinet platform to effectively eliminate the manual distribution of cabinet documents and embrace the use of technology in the conduct of cabinet business. 

He said the introduction of the platform will not only enhance the efficiency of cabinet and ministers but also allow for the real time dissemination of information on developing agenda and documents. 

President Mahama therefore encouraged all ministers to get conversant with the use of the platform since all announcements and documents for the next Cabinet meeting will be distributed through it. 

The E-Cabinet platform for an electronic archiving of cabinet papers with ease of search and retrieval functionalities, and will provide for alert systems on outstanding tasks and new announcements.
