Petroleum Ministry to lay LPG pipelines throughout Ghana for distribution to every district The Ministry of Petroleum is to lay pipelines throughout the country for the distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas LPG to every district. The Ministry is also working to ensure that future buildings have direct LPG into kitchens across the country. These are captured in the Gas Master Plan of the government. The Sector Minister Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah said this when he appeared before the Government Assurances Committee of Parliament on Thursday. Mr Armah-Kofi-Buah also spoke about the Compressor and operational issues that came up in getting the Gas to VRA to power its thermal plants. The Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Gas Dr. Sipa Yankey spoke about the economic benefits of the Gas project and touched on compensation for residents whose farm lands have been taken by the State for the project.
