Ghana To Improve Laboratory Services

The Centre for Disease Control has partnered with the Ghana Health Service and Global Health System Solution (GHSS) to improve laboratory services in the country.

The move is to strengthen laboratories and develop second tier hospitals across the country.

At the SLMTA / SLIPTA close out and Awards ceremony in Accra, the Deputy Chief of Mission, US Embassy, Carolyn Alsup said the initiative will improve patient care as well as strengthen laboratory diagnosis of diseases such as HIV/AIDS.
