Take cue from police scam - Mark Woyongo

The Minister for the Interior, Mark Woyongo, has cautioned security agencies to take a cue from the recruitment scam that hit the police service, and ensure that nothing of the sort is repeated.

He has also called for the highest level of discipline and ethical standards in all security agencies.

Mr. Woyongo said government is aware of the vacuum in the National Fire Service and is seeking financial clearance to recruit. 

The Interior Minister said this in Accra at the inauguration of the Fire Service Council under the chairmanship of Ken Dzirasah.
