Accra: Residents threaten to boycott Sanitation Day over uncollected garbage

Barely four days after the 4th National Sanitation exercise, Radio Ghana's visit to the Accra Metropolis revealed that rubbish collected from gutters since last Saturday are still on the shoulders of many roads. 

This some residents who spoke to Radio Ghana said discourages them from taking part in the exercise as there are no available vehicles to always collect the refuse which ends up in the gutters again.
