Police recruitment fraud: Five arrests made

Five suspects have been arrested in connection with the police recruitment fraud. 

They are Richard Harrison, 30, PW/Constable Ruth Agyiri, 27, Pastor Paul Danso, G/Cpl. Gideon Sarpong and Amos Brown, 40.  

This brings the total number of people arrested for this scam to seven.

Briefing newsmen in Accra, the Director-General of the Public Affairs Department at the Ghana Police Service, DCOP/Rev. David Ampah-Bennin said the Task Force handling the case has commenced the process of preparing the suspects for Court.
