Qatari Investment Delegation calls on President John Mahama 

A delegation from the Qatari Investment Authority has called on President John Mahama to discuss investment priorities in many areas including energy.  

The  team which is on  a two-day visit will hold  discussions  with the  Ghana Investment Promotion Centre on  short  and  long  term  investments in the country. 

President Mahama who received his guests at the Presidential Villa at Akosombo in the Asuogyaman District asked them to look critically at the energy sector.  

Present at the meeting were Ghana's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Alhaji Saeed Sinare, 

Chief Executive of the GIPC, Mawuena Trebah and some Ministers of State.
