The Ghanaian Times expresses disappointment in the conduct of the Electoral Commission (EC) that culminated in the nullification of the district level elections scheduled for tomorrow. The Paper says it is highly worrying that the EC could not wait for the maturation of CI 85 before closing nominations adding that now the nation has to suffer this setback causing financial loss to the over six thousand aspirants across the country. The Paper says as the EC licks its wounds and contemplates on fixing a new date for the elections, it must put its house in order to ensure the smooth conduct of the elections moving forward.
