Call for investment fund to promote science and technology

A Professor in Mathematics, Professor F.K.A Allotey, has called for the creation of an investment fund for the development of science and technology. 

He said huge investment in the area will enhance the development of the economy in key areas such as agriculture, energy and industry. 

Prof Allotey was delivering a lecture on “science, technology and sustainable development, an African challenge” in Accra.  

It was organised by the old students of the Ghana National College dubbed Nkrumah Plange Mensah-Cane-Nelson-Sackeyfio appreciation lecture.
