Customs Officer, 2 others dragged to Court for causing financial loss

The Resident Customs Officer in charge of the Customs Bonded Warehouse at James Town, Kate Kai-Kotey Laryea, and two other persons have been hauled to the Court for engaging in transactions leading to the loss of revenue to the state running into several thousands of dollars of import duties. 

She is to answer to charges of abetment of crime, falsification of account and corruption.
