Tuna SHS riot: Police apprehend three students 

Three students of the Tuna Senior High School in the Northern Region have been arrested and are in Police detention following Thursday's riot in the school

The students of the school went on the rampage destroying the school bus and ransacking the school's computer lab in protest against a punishment meted out to one of their colleagues.

Thirty-eight of the rioting students were initially picked up, but the PRO of the Northern Regional Police Command, ASP Ebenezer Tetteh, told GBC's Radio Ghana that the thirty-eight have been released on bail. 

According to him, three more students believed to be the ring leaders were picked up yesterday and are still in detention.
