Erratic power supply takes a toll on road users in Tema The recent erratic power supply is taking a toll on road users in Tema. Talking to GBC's Obonu News, they complained about the frequency at which traffic lights go off; thereby affecting the free flow of traffic and causing accidents. Some school children who also spoke to Radio Ghana's Reporter Amos Ekow Coffie said the intense power outage makes it difficult for them to cross the road especially at peak time when schools have also closed. Some drivers however appealed to the Tema Regional Motor Traffic and Transport Department of the Ghana Police Service to deploy more personnel to direct traffic especially during rush hours. Those were views of some drivers in Tema on the current erratic power supply and its impact on road users in that interview with Amos Ekow Coffie. GBC
