ECG explains power outage during Ghana v Eq Guinea match

Many Ghanaians could not watch the football match between the Black Stars and the National Thunder of Equatorial Guinea due to the power outage. 

This experience according to some people is contrary to information within the public domain that during matches involving the Blacks Stars, power will be imported from Cote d'Ivoire to enable Ghanaians watch. 

The Chief Executive of GRIDCO, Ing William Amuna agrees that Ghana has a standing order with Cote d'Ivoire for power. 

He explains that it is not only during matches, but as and when it becomes necessary.
