Parliament hails JB Danquah for his contribution to Ghana's development


Parliament has eulogized Dr. JB Danquah for his immense contribution towards the development of Ghana. 

The MPs from both side of the House hailed the late Lawmaker, Nationalist and a freedom Fighter for dedicating his life to the course of the Country. 

The MPs made these remarks when the Member for Abuakwa North Joseph Boakye Danquah read a Statement on the Floor of the House to commemorate the Fiftieth Anniversary of his death. 

Dr. JB Danquah is credited for helping in rechristening the then Gold Coast, Ghana and fought for Ghanaian famers. Here is a report by Dominic Hlordzi and Augustus Acquaye.
