Owners of Countryside Children’s Welfare in police grips for questioning

Owners of the Countryside Children's Welfare Home in Bawjiase are in police grips for questioning.

Their arrest comes as a result of an expose by investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas on the inhuman treatment meted out to children at the Home.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, John Ackon at a news briefing in Accra
