call for strict enforcement on children's Act to ensure children protection - Lawyer,Francis Xavier Sosu 

A Public Interest and Human Rights Lawyer,Francis Xavier Sosu has called for the strict enforcement of section two of the children's Act to ensure that the interest and welfare of children are protected.  

He described as unacceptable the bad treatment meted out to orphans in some orphanages.  

Speaking on Behind the News, Lawyer Sosu said not until perpetrators of such crimes are punished, the Rights of Orphans in such orphanages will continue to be trampled upon with impunity.
