AMA orders churches to vacate school premises

The AMA has given all churches operating in schools a six month ultimatum to end worship in these schools. 

The Chief Executive, Alfred Oko Vanderpuije, said church activities destroy facilities in schools and these defeat the purpose for which they are established. 

Speaking at the sod cutting for the construction of a millennium city school in Accra, Mr Vanderpuije said the vacation of churches from school premises will pave the way for effective education of students.
