Civil Society Platform on Oil and Gas mounts pressure on PURC to reduce electricity tariffs

A pressure group, Civil Society Platform on Oil and Gas is mounting pressure on the PURC to reduce electricity tariffs.

Its chairman, Dr Steve Manteaw has expressed disappointment in the PURC for failing to call for a reduction. He told Radio Ghana that with the reduction in crude oil prices on the international market, electricity tariffs should reflect the change.
