EPA Returns To Court Next Week

The EPA will be going back to court next week for directive on the enforcement of the ruling compelling AMA to stop dumping untreated human waste into the sea.

The Executive Director of EPA, Daniel Amlalo made this known in Accra during question time at a forum on the enforcement of environmental laws and regulations this year.
