Policeman And Two Suspected Armed Robbers Killed In Exchange Of Fire In Accra

A policeman and two suspected armed robbers died at dawn on Wednesday during an exchange of fire between the police and suspected armed robbers following an attempted robbery at the West Hills Mall at Weija. 

Six of the suspected armed robbers have also been arrested by the Accra Regional Police command while four have escaped with bullet wounds. 

The Accra Regional Police Commander, DCOP Christian Tetteh Yehonu made this known to the media in Accra.
