Minister cuts sod for construction of a 128-unit apartment at Tema

The Minister of Water Resources Works and Housing, Alhaji Collins Dauda, has cut the sod for the construction of a 128-unit apartment at Tema Community One Site Three.

The eight-storey project which comprises eight apartments made up of two and three bedrooms will be executed in two phases.

The first phase estimated at 17-point-five million Cedis will also include a two-storey commercial building.
