Reinstated MODEC workers yet to start work Twenty seven Ghanaian MODEC workers who were re-instated after embarking on an industrial action to protest pay disparities are still at home after almost three months. The 27 workers have officially not been called to work although they receive their monthly salaries. The Secretary of the General Transport Petroleum and Chemical Union, Francis Sallah, told Radio Ghana's correspondent that interactions with MODEC management indicate that it is likely the workers will be called back next week. Mr Sallah said the 27 workers cannot be sacked. GBC
