66th New Year School opens in Accra

The 66th New Year School and conference has opened in Accra with the aim of improving the performance of local governance in the country through e-governance.

Speaking at the ceremony, the sector Minster, Julius Debrah, said choice of the topic is most appropriate as it will help enhance accountability on the part of MMDAs and ensure citizen participation.
