BDCs Deny Government’s Claim Of Having Cleared Half Of Debts Owed Them The Chief Executive Officer of the Bulk Oil Distribution Companies, BDCs, Senyo Hosi, is disputing claims by government that it has paid half the debt owed the BDCs. Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Hosi said government by some policy intervention allows the BDCs to retain a percentage of their earnings to defray part of the debt owed them. He said currently government owes the BDCs in excess of GH¢ 1.5 billion. Mr Hosi made some suggestions to mitigate the impact of oil price fluctuations on citizens. GBC
