Copy Ghana makes move to license photocopying in Ghana


The Executive Director of Copy Ghana, Ben Nyadzi, has appealed to students to bear with the organisation in its quest to license photocopying in the country.

According to Mr Nyadzi, the practice of licensing photocopying occurs in more than 80 countries worldwide as a means of ensuring the survival of authors and publishers.

He said in a bid to ensure a smooth take off, the organisation will be engaging stakeholders especially Vice Chancellors, lecturers, students and authors and publishers on the need to regulate photocopying in the country.
